Our development process begins with an initial free one-hour consultation, where we discuss your current Internet presence (if any) and whether you need a new site or a site redesign; what existing content is available (your marketing materials, etc); what extra features (e-commerce, mailing lists, discussion boards, etc) you need; and what your competitors’ sites look like. We’ll then decide on the priorities for your web site and come up with an estimated cost and timeline for development.

We do not take a cookie-cutter approach; rather each site is custom-developed for your unique situation. We do offer three standard packages to give you an idea of prices ranges (see below); these are set as guidelines and we then work from there to give you exactly what you need – so you are not paying for features you don’t need, or lacking any that you do.

Once we design your site and you approve it, we upload it to the Internet and submit it to major search engines so your present and potential customers and clients can easily find you on the web. We also make sure that your site is linked from local, regional, and topical directory sites. We host your site, maintain it, and troubleshoot any problems that may come up. We provide site revisions as requested (depending on the contract/package, some revisions are free each month, and the rest are billed at an hourly rate). Your site comes with web-based e-mail, or e-mail forwarding to an address of your choice.
